Biography
Paco is the co-CEO and co-founder -with his brother Jaime- of a Spanish developer, investor & asset manager Conren Tramway. His background is in commercial and residential real estate in Spain. His responsabilities focus on business development, sourcing and structuring deal as well development and asset management where he leads a design and construction team of 25 people. His experience covers investing in commercial and residential developments, value add and core plus properties. He currently serves on the Board of AEO (Spanish Office Association) and ULI Spain.

Conren Tramway
CT is a Spanish real estate investment and development company with assets including offices, mixed-use developments, residential buildings, and logistics warehouses. Initially focused on offices, CT has expanded into residential and logistics, currently developing nearly 500,000 m². Its multidisciplinary team of around 50 professionals operates from Madrid, Barcelona, and Valencia, covering the full real estate asset lifecycle.
