Oscar Pérez is the CFO and Co-Founder of Alsotel, a unique hotel and real estate platform in Spain. With over 20 years of international experience in the hotel, corporate finance, and real estate industries, Oscar possesses focused expertise in administration, accountancy, financial analysis, and asset management. He plays a key role in Alsotel's mission as both an investment platform and operating partner for hotel real estate in Spain. His background includes significant contributions at Ilunion Hotels, Renthotel Resorts, and Metrovacesa. Oscar holds a BSc in Economics from UAM and an MSc in Financial Management from EOI, complemented by diplomas in Corporate Finance, Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management, and Budget Management.
