Onno Saes
Biography
In 2016 Onno joined EDGE, a company owned by OVG Real Estate, as manager of the Capital Markets Team. He was named a Senior Capital Markets Manager in January, 2019. The Capital Markets Team is responsible for raising capital, and the structuring of funds and joint ventures. As a developer, EDGE has a large track record with institutional investors, investment banks and private equity firms. Experienced, methodical and confident, Onno is perfectly-suited to the high-pressure stakes of negotiating real estate transactions. Prior to his role at EDGE, he was with CBRE where he advised its clients on the valuation and underwriting of commercial real estate in and around Amsterdam’s CBD. Onno holds a MSc in Real Estate management & development.
