Dr. Oliver Thurn is a distinguished Partner at CMS Hasche Sigle, based in Munich, Germany. He joined the firm in 1991, becoming a partner in 1995. Dr. Thurn specializes in M&A, private equity, and real estate transactions, both nationally and cross-border, with further expertise in corporate structuring, Venture Capital, and Information Technology. He holds an LL.M. from the University of London and previously worked for City firms in London. His notable experience includes advising on Telefónica/O2's acquisition of HanseNet.
