Oliver Kemper
Biography
Oliver Kemper is an Investment Director at Verdion GmbH, based in the company's Frankfurt office. Promoted to his current role effective January 2023, he is responsible for identifying, sourcing, analyzing, negotiating, and executing investment opportunities, as well as managing transactions for acquisitions and disposals for Verdion European Logistics Fund 1 (VELF 1). His expertise contributes to Verdion's investment management growth, with a focus on acquiring core-plus, value-add properties, and brownfield opportunities across Germany. Kemper joined Verdion in September 2020 as Senior Investment Manager. His prior career includes positions as an Investment Manager at KanAm Grund, focusing on value-add logistics investments at Logicor, and beginning his career at JLL.
