Olaf Mücke

Olaf Mücke is the Managing Director for Gleeds Germany, based in Braunschweig. He oversees a significant operation with seven offices and a team of 80 professionals, focusing on steering the business, leading the team, and expanding opportunities. Joining Gleeds in 2006 as a Project Manager, Olaf progressed through Senior Manager and Director roles to his current position. A construction engineer by background, he dedicates a substantial portion of his time to the rail sector, a key growth area in Germany. Olaf is known for his people-focused approach and emphasis on creative solutions. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering from TU Braunschweig.
