Norbert Fanchon

Norbert Fanchon serves as the Président Directeur Général of Groupe Gambetta, a prominent national real estate developer in France and a pioneer in cooperative housing. Holding an Executive MBA from HEC and a degree from INSA Lyon, Mr. Fanchon has a distinguished career in real estate development. He was appointed Président du Directoire of Groupe Gambetta in September 2014, having previously played a key role in successfully establishing the group in the PACA region since 2004, where it became a leader in homeownership. Under his leadership, Groupe Gambetta emphasizes social homeownership, constructing approximately 1100 homes annually and managing a portfolio of 5000 social housing units. He is instrumental in shaping the group's strategy to address housing challenges, advocating for solutions such as the "bail réel solidaire" to facilitate property access.
