Biography
Nino Grubišić MRICS is Partner at SEIL Group, where he act as Executive Advisor, overseeing the company's organizational strategy and growth and the Commercial Real Estate and Institutional Investors segments. Through his GRUBISIC Holding, he invests in Real Estate Projects and Equity Stakes or Corporate Acquisitions, such as STOA, a Business Advisory Firm specializing in the Real Estate and Finance Sectors. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Grubišić held several key positions, including Team Leader in Real Estate Portfolio Management at Universal Investment, where he was responsible for nearly €6 billion in Assets under Management for Institutional Investors. With over 16 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate sector, including nearly nine years at JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle), he gained extensive expertise, eventually leading the Office Leasing Teams Rhein-Main and Rhein-Neckar. Grubišić’s academic background includes studies in Real Estate Economics and Sustainable Corporate Management at EBS University for Business and Law, where he also earned a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Real Estate. Since 2015, he has been a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Additionally, he has earned several advanced qualifications, including a Professional Certificate in Leadership and Communication from Harvard University (2021) and ESG Manager accreditation from the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) in 2022. Most recently, he completed the Global Business program at Harvard Business School.
