Nikolay Golubev

Mr. Golubev is a co-head of the European real estate team at SVP (Strategic Value Partners). SVP is a global investment firm with ca. $22bn AuM. Nikolay joined SVP from Bain Capital, where he served as a Partner on the Special Situations team in Europe. Prior to Bain Capital, Mr. Golubev held roles at Apollo and Merrill Lynch, where he began his career in the firm’s real estate principal investment team in Frankfurt.
