Nicolas Marin
Biography
Nicolas Marin is the Managing Partner and founder of ROKA (launched in 2022), a Paris-based real estate investment and asset management platform active across acquisitions, financing, asset management, and development, with a focus on repositioning and prime assets in the Paris CBD. He has nearly 20 years of experience in European real estate investment and asset management. Prior to founding ROKA, Nicolas was heading asset management & acquisitions at Chelsfield (from 2015), after roles at Allianz as an Asset Manager (2011–2015) and at AXA Investment Managers as an Asset Management Analyst (2011). He began his career as a real estate valuer at Colomer Expertises (2008–2011).
