Nick Spencer
Biography
Nick Spencer is a Co-Founder of BBS Capital, an award-winning real estate finance advisor based in the UK and Western Europe. A Chartered Surveyor, he qualified at Knight Frank, specializing in development consultancy and corporate finance for five years. He then served as a Director at Credo Property Group, co-managing real estate investment funds in the UK and Europe. Spencer co-founded BBS Capital in 2006. Since 2012, he has also led Montane Partners' investment activity, spearheading joint ventures that have delivered planning approvals for over 2,500 residential units. He holds a BSc in Land Management and an MSc in Real Estate Development from MIT.
