Nick Cripps

Nick Cripps is the Executive Director, Capital Markets Europe & Head of UK Capital Markets at Panattoni. He is responsible for the capitalisation of projects across the UK and Europe, working closely with Panattoni's European operating platform to manage global and Pan-European investor relationships and structure capital solutions. Prior to joining Panattoni, Nick spent 12 years in the Capital Markets team at Knight Frank, advising on UK industrial acquisitions and disposals for domestic and international investors. He is a Chartered Member of the RICS, holds a 1st Class honours degree from Newcastle University, and an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading.
