Nestor Weigand
Biography
Nestor Weigand is the CEO and Principal Partner of Eastborough Partners, a London-based private real estate investment firm he founded in 2022. The firm invests in value-add and opportunistic commercial real estate across the US, UK, and Europe. Prior to establishing Eastborough, Weigand spent 12 years at Siguler Guff, where he was a founding member of the real estate investment team that deployed $3 billion in equity. He also led Siguler Guff's European real estate activities from London starting in 2014. Earlier in his career, he co-managed a $1 billion+ portfolio of private equity real estate interests for Citigroup. He holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
