Navid Chamdia

Navid Chamdia is the Head of Real Estate at Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), where he leads the international real estate investment strategy, overseeing direct acquisitions and co-investments across Europe, the US, and Asia. With over two decades of expertise in real estate investments, he is central to managing and expanding QIA's diversified portfolio, which includes commercial, residential, retail, logistics, data centers, and hospitality sectors. Prior to joining QIA in 2005, Mr. Chamdia spent 12 years with Ernst & Young Project Finance in London, advising on major real estate and asset-backed projects. He holds a first-class honors degree in Economics from University College London and is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. His leadership has seen QIA invest in landmark developments globally, emphasizing sustainable growth and portfolio diversification. He also serves as a Board Member for Katara Hospitality.
