Natalia Kolotneva
Biography
Natalia Kolotneva is Head of Living and Hospitality for Europe. She is responsible for the performance of a specialist team of asset managers and supporting transactional work across various capital strategies investing into European operational asset classes. Natalia is an active spokeswoman for the sectors and represents LaSalle on committees of the leading industry trade bodies. She also sits on LaSalle’s European Asset Management Board. Natalia’s previous work included leadership positions across public and private sectors with IHG Hotels, Legal & General Investment Management, Asia Pacific Investment Partners and London Borough of Lewisham. She began her real estate career in the hospitality sector in 2002.
