Biography
Musie Bocrezian is Managing Director & Head of Italy at PGIM Real Estate, where she leads efforts to source and execute investment opportunities across the country. Joining in 2020, she established a dedicated transactions team in Milan. Her expertise encompasses the residential, logistics, and hospitality sectors, notably building and divesting a premium open-air hospitality portfolio and spearheading a joint venture for residential developments in major Italian cities. Previously, Musie served as Investment Director at Fortress Investment Group and a Director at Kryalos Group, specializing in value-add and opportunistic real estate deals.
