Biography
Mohamed Younis is a civil engineer and developer for retail projects, recently with a focus on mixed used buildings, for example the combination of retail and residential.
He is the managing director of the retail developer Schoofs Frankfurt and 40% owner of the company. The Schoofs-Group is working since 1983 in developing of food discounters. Mohamed, born in Egypt, moved in 1989 to Europe where he worked as a consultant for construction companies and then as project manager and CEO of different companies and engineering offices. From 2000 to 2004 he also collected experience on the construction of resorts mainly in Venice, Italy (a couple of tourist resorts and Hotels in Venice and Calabria).
