Milan Kratina

Milan Kratina serves as the Chairman of the Board and CEO of Accolade, a prominent European investor and developer specializing in modern and sustainable industrial infrastructure. He co-founded Accolade in 2011, driving its expansion into a leading player in the industrial real estate market across multiple European countries, including the Czech Republic, Poland, and Germany, where the group manages over sixty industrial parks. Under his leadership, Accolade focuses on environmentally friendly, BREEAM-certified facilities for e-commerce, manufacturing, and logistics sectors. A law graduate, Kratina began his career at CzechInvest before founding Accolade and was honored as EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2024 for the Czech Republic.
