Mihai Păduroiu

Mihai has a long career in the local real estate market, in some of the largest international consulting companies. During his 16-year activity in real estate, he was involved in numerous relocation processes for both multinational and local companies, trading over 500,000 sqm of offices throughout this period. He started his career as a consultant in the industrial sector and gained substantial insight into real estate transactions, witnessing four extremely different stages of the market: pre, mid and after the 2008 financial crisis and the 2020 pandemic. These demanding times shaped his professional experience. In 2019 he joined One United Properties as CEO of the Office Division.
