Biography
Michael Eisenkolb is currently Director Special Property Finance within Aareal Bank's Special Property Finance division, based in Wiesbaden, Germany. Since joining Aareal Bank he has been involved in the origination of commercial real estate investment and development loans based in Amsterdam, thereafter in Berlin and currently ou of Wiesbaden for various international markets wirh a special emphasis on logistics and retail property finance. He has extensive experience in single-country single assets loans, portfolio financings as well a cross-border financing structures.
