He is focused on Multifamily- and Portfolio Transaction Services, aswell as opportunistic Commercial Deals in Europe. Through Seil Real Estate, he is regarded as one of the leading advisors for carve-out strategies and the tactical, asset-by-asset disposition of large-scale real estate portfolios. With his Holdings he is also directly invested in several Projects, aswell as in operative Management and Advisory Companies. His track record of advised, managed and co-invested Transaction Volume has grown to over 1.3 billion euros since 2012
