Biography

Mr. Baumann is a Vice President in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on European real estate equity. Prior to joining Ares in 2023, Mr. Baumann was a Principal at Peakside Capital, where he focused on real estate acquisitions. Mr. Baumann holds a B.A. from the University of St. Gallen in Business Administration and an M.Phil. from the University of Cambridge in Real Estate Finance.
