Biography
Set up of the first urban regeneration scheme of Lendlease in Italy (€2,5bn GDV); purchase of c. €300m asset in Rogoredo-Milan as part of the listing of a global asset management platform; startup of investment/asset management platform able to attract promintent iternational investors (including the startup of an sgr and of two 2 real estate funds with AUM of c. 500m Euro). Capital solution/financing schemes for projects in Milan and set up of a number of new initiatives across real estate and private equity.
