Mauricio is the CEO of CORDIA (FUTUREAL GROUP) Spain and Romania. With projects worth € 5 billion, FUTUREAL GROUP has become a dominant player in the European property market. We are engaged in large-scale mixed-use urban renewal projects, residential, office and retail development, redevelopment projects and commercial property investments, as well as providing structured finance solutions. With our residential arm CORDIA we are investing in major cities in Spain in the middle and upper middle segment of the market. Available equity for Spain is € 100+ million.
