Biography
Martin Mörl has been Managing Director at Prelios since 2007 and as Head of Real Estate Services is responsible for the areas of asset management, shopping centre management, development, transaction management, letting and property management. Martin Mörl has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. From 1994 he worked for I.T.C. Immobilien Team Consulting, from 2003 as Managing Director for B&L Projektentwicklungsgesellschaft and from 2005 for DGAG Shopping Immobilien in Hamburg.
