Martin Erbe serves as Head of Real Estate Finance DACH-CEE-Benelux at Helaba, one of Germany's leading public development banks. In this senior role, he oversees real estate financing operations across German-speaking countries, Central and Eastern Europe, and the Benelux region. Erbe brings extensive expertise in commercial real estate finance, structuring complex transactions for institutional clients and property developers. His leadership spans diverse markets from Germany to Poland, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. At Helaba, he manages a substantial portfolio of real estate investments and financing solutions, contributing to the bank's strong position in European property markets. His regional expertise encompasses both established Western European markets and emerging CEE opportunities.

Helaba, headquartered in Frankfurt and Erfurt, is a commercial and public law bank serving as a central bank for 40% of German savings banks. It offers services in wholesale, real estate financing, and capital markets, with a global presence in cities like London and New York.
