Biography
Known for being a pioneer and industry leader within the residential property market, I have a track record exceeding 35 years, and have covered all parts of the market - from construction, housing associations, volume house builders, and build-to-rent. I recently have co-founded Goodstone Living, partnering with Macquarie to launch a specialist real estate developer and investment manager creating a better way to rent. As a longstanding member of the British Property Federation's Residential Committee, I am probably best known for being a founding partner and shareholder in Essential Living, the UK's first institutionally-backed build to rent platform, way back in 2011 when build to rent was in its infancy in the UK.
