Dr. Markus M. Pfaff is a Partner and Head of Banking and Finance at CMS Hasche Sigle. Based in Germany, he specializes in a broad range of finance transactions and restructuring, including acquisition, corporate, real estate, and asset finance. Dr. Pfaff also advises on non-performing loan transactions.
