In his career so far, Mark Zimmermann has facilitated real estate transactions in Europe worth over 800 million Euro and has successfully managed property portfolios in Germany worth more than 1 billion Euro. Before founding Diligencia Real Estate, Mark Zimmermann was Transactions and Asset Manager at Catella Real Estate AG KAG. While there he led numerous property acquisitions and was responsible for the asset management of a commercial property portfolio in northern Germany and Scandinavia.
