Mark O’Donnell
Biography
Mark is the CEO of Richmond Homes, the Irish residential development business ofAvestus Capital Partners. Mark has been working in private equity and real estate since 2000. He is vastly experienced in sourcing, underwriting and structuring real estate and debt-related investments, as well as capital-raising and investor relations. Since 2013, Mark has focused exclusively on residential development in Ireland and in that time Mark has led the growth of Richmond Homes into one of the most active housing and apartment developers in the Irish market operating in both the owner-occupier and PRS markets. Mark is a Commerce graduate of University College Dublin, a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Irish Taxation Institute.
