Biography

More than 25 years experience in the real estate business throughout Germany, Austria, Switzerland (D-A-CH), Poland and other CEE/SEE countries plus Israel with main focus on:

- Business development, asset management, consulting, sales and letting management
- Far-reaching interdisciplinary expertise over all real estate asset classes, highest expertise in core office- & hotel markets
- Coordination of due-diligence-processes, contract negotiations until signature
- Planning / analysing the property lifecyle conc. upside-potential, conversion, third-hand usability und exit
-Highest expertise in developing and establishing research methods and implementing them into planning processes
- Practised in leadership and motivation of international employees and associates
- Experience with international projects and international clients in conceptualizing, developing,
researching, sales strategies and activities.
