Biography

Marcus de Minckwitz is Head of European Logistics at Savills, where he leads the EMEA industrial and logistics platform and spearheads the growth of the EMEA data centre team. A capital markets specialist, he joined Savills in 2009. Marcus transitioned to focus on European industrial and logistics markets in 2019, leveraging his prior five years of experience in UK retail markets to bring a fresh perspective to the sector. He has advised on over €6 billion in transactions across Europe, including single assets, portfolios, and joint ventures. Marcus is recognised for his deep expertise in market trends, the impact of e-commerce on logistics, and navigating macroeconomic factors affecting the real estate sector.
