He is chairman of the advisory board, as well as sole shareholder of ZAR Real Estate Holding and Net Zero Properties. His centralized investment platform is Zaga Capital based in London. Mr. Zarges has a wide range of expertise and perspective in real estate developments, investments, financing, and value enhancement. His track record has grown steadily over the past 20 years throughout his portfolio and project developments across Europe. Mr. Zarges cumulated direct investment volume amounts to approximately 10 billion euros.
