Previously, Marcel managed German investments at Patron Capital and served as Investment Director at TPG Angelo Gordon, where he led real estate private equity activities across Germany and BeNeLux, originating transactions exceeding $1 billion. He specializes in value-added and opportunistic investments across various real estate sectors.
