Marc Gilbard
Biography
Marc Gilbard is the Executive Chair and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Moorfield Group Limited. Assuming management control in 1996, he led Moorfield's transformation from a small listed company into a leading UK Private Equity Real Estate fund manager, establishing its private equity real estate strategy. A Chartered Surveyor, Marc's extensive background in investment, development finance, and real estate equity analysis includes prior roles at notable firms like Goldman Sachs. Under his leadership, Moorfield has pioneered investment in alternative real estate sectors, with a current focus on living and storage. He also holds positions on various industry boards and committees.
