Manuel Jahn
Biography
Manuel Jahn is a Managing Partner at Habona Invest Asset Management GmbH. An accomplished urban planner and trained merchant, he brings over 30 years of expertise in real estate and retail. Mr. Jahn leads the Habona Research Center, focusing on analyzing and advising investments in local supply and transformation properties. His career includes leadership roles as Head of Real Estate Consulting at GfK and Head of Business Development for the Habona Invest Group. A respected industry voice, he was a member of the ZIA's Council of Real Estate Experts and is an honorary retail expert for HypZert. He also initiated the influential Habona-Report.
