Biography
Mahmoud Attia is a senior real estate investment professional with over a decade of experience across UK and international markets. He currently serves as Investment Director at Qatari Diar in London, where he heads the Europe and US investment team, overseeing strategic initiatives and the management of high-value commercial and residential assets. Prior to this role, Mahmoud was a Senior Investment Manager at Gingko Tree Investment (SAFE), where he developed real estate strategies across Europe. His background includes key positions at Railpen, and The Related Companies, with expertise covering origination, acquisition, and asset management.

Qatari Diar
Qatari Diar Real Estate Company was established in 2005 by the Qatar Investment Authority, the sovereign wealth fund of the State of Qatar. As of 2023, Qatari Diar has 50 investment projects under development held in 20 countries around the world, combining an investment value of around US $35bn.
