Liviu Lepadatu is the President & Owner of Cityring, a leading real estate development company in Romania. An engineer by profession, Lepadatu is a seasoned entrepreneur with a distinguished career spanning IT and real estate since 1991. He previously founded successful ventures like Tornado Systems and Architected Business Solutions. Since establishing Cityring Property & Cityring Development in 2005, he has spearheaded significant master-planned residential projects, most notably the Atria Urban Resort. Under his leadership, Cityring provides integrated development management, investment, and consultancy solutions, driving innovation in the Romanian real estate sector. Lepadatu is also committed to education as the founder of KEN Academy, promoting entrepreneurship.
