Limor Shklaz

Limor Shklaz is the European Housing & Alternative Acquisitions Director at Nuveen Real Estate, based in London. In her role as Investment Director, European Housing and Alternatives, she focuses on the underwriting and transaction execution of new opportunities in the living and alternatives sector, incorporating best practices in ESG and construction innovation. Prior to joining Nuveen in May 2021, Limor was with Invesco Real Estate, where she focused on multifamily and mixed-use developments across the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics. She began her career in real estate acquisitions in 2011. Limor holds a Master of Architecture and a B.Sc. Honours in Real Estate Finance and Economics from the University of Cape Town and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
