Biography
Laurence Desmazières is a Managing Partner at ICAWOOD, a real estate investment fund managed by Icamap, specializing in low-carbon offices. Promoted to this role by Icamap, she joined the company in 2018. Desmazières is recognized for her expertise in sustainable real estate development, focusing on innovative, environmentally conscious, and user-centric office spaces. Under her leadership, ICAWOOD is developing significant low-carbon projects, including the GRDF headquarters and the Marcadet building. She also aims to achieve the first BBCA (French Low Carbon Building Association) Excellent certified restructuring in La Défense. Desmazières was a laureate in the "Avenir" category at the "Pierres d'Or" 2025.

ICAWOOD
Launched in February 2019, ICAWOOD results from an exclusive alliance of ICAMAP and WO2, to form a real estate investment fund dedicated to the development of low carbon offices in the Greater Paris region. Alongside the managing team of ICAMAP, ICAWOOD gathers 12 leading investors, with two sovereign wealth funds, five European insurance companies, and five family offices. ICAWOOD has raised €750 million of equity capital.
