Laura Denenga

Maslow Capital is a real estate debt investment manager focused on providing senior and stretch senior development finance in the UK. Laura is part of Maslow’s loan origination department and is responsible for sourcing and structuring new lending opportunities for residential, student accommodation and commercial projects. Prior to Maslow Capital, Laura was a Vice President of Quadrant Real Estate Advisors, an investment management business with $10 billion under management. Laura led Quadrant’s origination of stretch senior development, bridge and mezzanine finance in the UK and Ireland on behalf of an Australian Superannuation Fund.
