Lars Axelsson
Biography
Lars oversees Slättö’s logistics portfolio across all strategies, ensuring effective management of logistics properties. Prior to this, he co-founded Evolv Property in 2015, collaborating with Slättö to acquire and develop a portfolio of properties valued at SEK 3 billion. Lars has 12+ years’ industry experience, including working as a Project Manager in Corporate Real Estate Transactions at Tenant & Partner, where he specialised in sale-leaseback transactions and in divestments of industrial properties. Lars holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Management and Finance from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Development and Entrepreneurship in the field of Construction and Real Estate from Chalmers University of Technology.
