Krzysztof Misiak

Krzysztof Misiak is an Executive Partner, Head of Poland, and Board Member at Cushman & Wakefield Poland. He has been with the firm for over 17 years, becoming a recognized professional in the Polish commercial real estate market. Misiak was appointed Head of Regional Cities in the Office Agency team in 2012, successfully expanding the Cushman & Wakefield brand into Poland's core regional markets. In 2018, he became Head of the Office Agency, and by April 2020, he took on his current role as Head of Cushman & Wakefield Poland, overseeing all business lines. He has been instrumental in nearly 300 lease transactions, totaling over 500,000 sqm. Misiak prioritizes developing services supporting ESG objectives and in 2022 oversaw the creation of the company's ESG Hub.
