Kiril Petrov

Kiril Petrov is a Principal in the Real Estate Group and is based in London. Since joining Blackstone in 2016, Mr. Petrov has been involved in Blackstone's real estate asset management activities, with a particular focus on logistics investments across Europe. Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Petrov was a Senior Vice President at Cerberus, where he played a key role in the management of both REO and NPL portfolios in the UK, Germany, Italy and the Nordic countries. Prior to that, Mr. Petrov was involved in analysing investment opportunities across all property types on behalf of Morgan Stanley’s real estate private equity group. Mr. Petrov graduated from Imperial College London, where he received a MEng in Mechanical Engineering.
