Biography
Katarzyna Zawodna-Bijoch is President, Commercial Development Europe at Skanska. She joined Skanska in 2006, becoming President and CEO of Skanska's commercial development unit in CEE in 2016. Under her leadership, the unit has significantly expanded, achieving a leading position among regional developers, overseeing strategy for sustainable and innovative office investments across multiple markets, including Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, and Hungary. She manages a portfolio of approximately 450,000 sqm. A LEED Accredited Professional, she championed LEED certification and WELL Building Standard™ implementation in Skanska's projects, driving sustainable development and ethical standards. She has been honored with prestigious awards like Personality of the Year (Eurobuild Awards).
