Biography

Katarina Gajic is the Director of Design and Construction at Delta Real Estate. She joined Delta Real Estate in 2014, progressing from Project Manager to a key decision-maker in design and construction by December 2016. Katarina oversees stakeholder relations across Delta Real Estate's portfolio in Serbia, Slovenia, Bosnia, and Bulgaria, managing the full development process for significant real estate projects from design to supervision. A first-in-generation graduate from the Faculty of Civil Engineering, her expertise includes strategic planning and implementing sustainable construction practices. She actively contributes to industry events, showcasing innovative and environmentally conscious development initiatives.
