Biography

Kasper Wehner is an Investment Director and Co-Fund Manager of Aged Care Fund IV and the Aged Care Social Infrastructure Fund at Northern Horizon Capital A/S. Based in Denmark, he leads the Danish team and focuses on Danish investments for Northern Horizon's healthcare funds, overseeing the portfolio of care assets in the country. With a master's degree in economics, Mr. Wehner possesses extensive commercial real estate experience, gained from previous roles as an investment manager for a large development company and as a consultant and analyst for a leading Danish broker. He has played a key role in significant acquisitions of modern aged care homes and social infrastructure, emphasizing high-quality, ESG-compliant assets and long-term lease agreements.

Through 14 real estate funds, Northern Horizon has created value for investors for over 20 years.
