Biography
Karolina has worked across the real estate investment and property development for over 12 years with a strategic focus on living sector: PBSA, Coliving and BTR. She has launched several real estate platforms and co-founded a few property ventures: STUDENLIV - a student accommodation placement agency (with a coverage across 16 countries) and LIVTOO - a property advisory and asset management firm focused exclusively on living assets across the UK and Europe.
