With over two decades of international expertise spanning investment management, sustainable real assets, and real estate development, Justin was instrumental in embedding robust sustainable practices across AXA IM Real Assets' diverse portfolio. His contributions included driving successful sustainability strategies, focusing on asset regeneration, energy efficiency, and integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors into investment decisions. He also previously served as UK Country Head, overseeing real estate asset management and development.
