Julia Wein

Julia is COO of the CRREM Foundation, overseeing all operational matters. Prior to joining CRREM, Julia worked in property valuation and real estate consulting. In January 2023, she assumed responsibility for the operational management of the CRREM initiative, and in November 2024 transitioned into her current role at the CRREM Foundation. Alongside her leadership responsibilities, Julia has been actively involved in teaching and presenting at universities and other educational institutions. Since 2020, she has also been engaged as an external doctoral candidate, with her research focusing on advancing sustainability in the real estate sector. She holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from IRE|BS, University of Regensburg and bringing nearly ten years of experience in the real estate sector.
